Working with us

Built to clear enterprise procurement.

We have run this process with Fortune 500 procurement, security, and legal teams before. Here is what happens after the first conversation, and the paperwork your teams will need from us, so onboarding a new vendor does not become the long pole.

From conversation to kickoff.

  1. 01

    Scope

A short paid or unpaid discovery to define the first engagement: the workflow, the outcome, the integration surface, and success criteria in measurable terms. Your IT and security counterparts are in the room from the start.

  2. 02

    Contract

A master services agreement sets the terms once; each piece of work is a statement of work against it. We work from your paper or ours, and we are used to redlines from enterprise legal.

  3. 03

    Security review

Your security team runs its assessment against our pre-answered questionnaire and packet. Most reviews reuse the same 200 questions; we have answered them, so this stage is measured in days, not months. Details on Trust & Security.

  4. 04

    Build and run

A senior pod ships the first working version in weeks, then hosts, secures, and runs it as a managed service. The team that proposed the work is the team that builds and operates it.

What your teams get for onboarding.

The artifacts vendor onboarding, security, and legal typically ask for, ready on request under NDA where appropriate.

How the commercial relationship works.

We build, host, secure, and run each application as a managed service. You add users; we keep it running, monitored, and improving. That means one accountable vendor across design, delivery, and operations, not a build team that hands off to a support desk that never saw the code.

The principals on the engagement stay on it. Our anchor relationships are measured in years, and our capital structure is built to keep it that way. The result for procurement is continuity: the same senior team on the SOW today is on the engagement in year three.
